How Pool Cover Duplication Works
Your existing safety cover becomes the physical template for the replacement. Here is what happens next.

Choose Your Cover & Color
Complete the form to select your preferred replacement cover type and available color.

Receive Your Shipping Kit
After we receive your form and confirm your selection, we send a shipping box, packing instructions, and a prepaid inbound shipping label.

Prepare and Ship Your Existing Cover
Remove detachable springs and loose hardware, leave the straps attached, and make sure the cover is clean and dry. Pack it using the provided instructions, then drop it off or schedule a carrier pickup.

Inspection, Approval, and Production
We inspect your cover and confirm whether it qualifies for duplication. We then send your final quote. Production begins after you approve the quote and pay the 50% deposit. Typical production time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

Final Payment and Delivery
The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment. Delivery of the completed replacement cover is included. Installation is not included.

Must Hold Its Shape
The cover should pull out easily to its full shape without requiring us to reposition or reconstruct the webbing or fabric. If the shape must be recreated manually, the cover will not qualify for duplication.
Usually acceptable
Small holes, worn fabric, faded color, minor edge damage.
*Cleaning and Handling Fee
A $150 cleaning and handling fee applies to covers received with mud, standing water, heavy debris, insects, animal remains, or other material that creates a mess or health hazard in the workspace.
Final qualification is confirmed after inspection. If the cover does not qualify, the customer is responsible for the inbound shipping cost. The original cover can be returned upon request at the customer’s expense.
Clean and Dry Before Shipping
Sweep away significant dirt and debris and allow the cover to dry completely before packing. Covers are measured indoors near active production areas.

Large missing sections, severe stretching, major distortion, extensive shredding, damaged webbing, or an incomplete perimeter.

Included With Your Replacement
Shipping your old cover back for duplication, new springs, spring covers, a spring installation tool, a storage bag, and delivery of the new completed replacement cover are included.

Limited Warranty
Duplicate safety covers include a 10- or 12-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. It covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, with first-year repair or replacement coverage and prorated coverage afterward.
